Maroussia Ganpat

PhD student

Hi! My name is Maroussia Ganpat and I am a PhD candidate. My work focusses on studying tumour-driving signalling pathways in SWI/SNF-mutated pediatric tumours. I mostly use patient-derived cancer organoids in combination with sequencing and gene editing technologies to better understand the (epi)genetic mechanisms driving SWI/SNF-mutated pediatric tumours.

As I am born and raised in Den Haag, I love to go for drinks/dinner at the beach! My hobbies are boxing and watching soccer.

Fun fact: I am the very first member of the group!
