Post Doc

I joined the Drost lab as postdoctoral researcher in September 2019. Previously, during my PhD in Jacco van Rheenen lab at the Hubrecht Institute (Utrecht, NL) and the Netherlands Cancer Institute (Amsterdam, NL), I focused on cell fate dynamics in colorectal cancer and used advanced imaging techniques to study the onset of colorectal metastatic disease. In the Drost lab I combine imaging, lineage tracing techniques and multi-omic approaches to disentangle the evolution and progression of pediatric Malignant Rhabdoid Tumors.

Beside the lab I am a stereotypical Italian who loves cooking and sitting at a big table eating food with friends. To compensate for the calories, I am a motivated track and field 400m runner.
